It's been a year since I joined Jen's gym, and I am so proud of how far I've come. I originally went looking for something that would help me build strength in a way I'd never really done before. I was never a fan of lifting weights or the big gym scene. I've always been more of a "lace up my running shoes and get some cardio in" kind of person. 

But now in my late 30s, I've realized how important it is to incorporate strength and muscle training. The moment I met Jen, I knew her gym was exactly where I needed to be. It has a small-group feel I love, and the workouts are tailored to each person based on their level and goals. She genuinely cares about your wellbeing not just inside the gym but beyond too. Her positivity creates such a motivating atmosphere that you walk in ready to give your best every single time. The classes are thoughtful, effective, and built to make you stronger. Jen has a gift for bringing out the best in everyone. 

Over the past year, I've felt both physically and mentally stronger than I have in years. I had no idea lifting weights could have such a powerful impact on both body and mind, but it truly does. 

And then there's the team. I feel so lucky to work out with such wonderful, inspiring people. The group spans all ages and seeing women who are older putting their health first is incredibly motivating. It makes me want to continue this journey for years to come. I've made real friendships with people who motivate and encourage each other through every class. 

I feel grateful every time I leave that gym; grateful for Jen and her fun, motivating energy, grateful for the incredible team, and grateful that I made the decision to show up for something that matters to me.
